I'd like to ask this question from Crystal Oscillator-1 topic in division Oscillators of Analog Circuits

Correct choice is (b) Capacitor

For explanation I would say: When the frequency of oscillation of crystal becomes less than that of wS the oscillator becomes capacitive and in between wS and wP it becomes inductive.
