My question is from Demodulation of DSB-SC in chapter Double Sideband Suppressed Carrier Modulation of Analog Communications

The explanation is: In TM, the message signal is modulated by inserting inflections in the original waveform. The waveform is modified resulting in a modulated signal where each quarter cycle is transposed in modulation process.
