What we called a resistor if a transmitter is connected to a resistor instead of an antenna?

(b) a temporary load

(c) a dummy load

I had been asked this question by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

I want to ask this question from Types of Frequency Modulation in portion Angle Modulation of Analog Communications

Correct answer is (c) a dummy load

To explain: If a transmitter is connected to resistor not antenna than it is called dummy load. Such a load is used for testing purposes to set the parameters of the transmitter, as it would have behaved in presence of an actual antenna.
