Which of the following is not a detector used in mid Infrared Spectrophotometer?

(d) Golay cell

I got this question in an internship interview.

I'd like to ask this question from Infrared Gas Analysers topic in chapter Industrial Gas Analysers of Analytical Instrumentation

Correct answer is (d) Golay cell

For explanation I would say: Golay cell is not used in mid Infrared Spectrophotometer. It is used in a far infrared spectrometer.
