When the motor is started, the sleeve starts rotating along with which part of the motor?

The question was asked by my college director while I was bunking the class.

My question is taken from Starting System topic in portion Starting System of Automotive Engine Design

The correct answer is (b) Armature shaft

For explanation: When the motor is started, the sleeve starts rotating along with the armature shaft of the motor. A spring under compression is employed in between the sleeve and the nut which is fixed on the end of the armature shaft.
