My doubt stems from The Covalent Structure of Proteins in section Amino Acids, Peptides and Proteins of Biochemistry

Correct option is (b) Disulfide bridges

The best I can explain: When we consider amino acid sequence of bovine insulin, the two peptide chains are joined together by disulfide cross linkages.
