The correct choice is (b) False

Easiest explanation: In rod drawing process, a bar or rod is drawn in order to reduce its diameter. The drawing operation results in the reduction in cross-sectional area of the material by increasing its length. This process is basically a kind of cold working process which takes place below the re-crystallization temperature of the material.
