What happens to the inductance when the current in the coil becomes double its original value?

(a) Becomes half

(b) Becomes four times

(c) Becomes double

(d) Remains same

I got this question in an online interview.

Origin of the question is Factors Determining the Inductance of a Coil in chapter Inductance in a DC Circuit of Basic Electrical Engineering

Right choice is (d) Remains same

To elaborate: ϕ is directly proportional to i.

Φ=Li where L is constant of proportionality

So, when current get double ϕ  also becomes double keeping L same.
