I have been asked this question in class test.

My question is from Oscillation of Energy at Resonance topic in division Resonance in AC Circuits of Basic Electrical Engineering

The correct answer is (c) 2

To explain I would say: Q is the ratio of the reactive power to the average power.

Q = Reactive power / Average power = 10/5 = 2.
