My doubt is from Residential Accommodation for Various Classes of Employees topic in section Planning of Building and Colony of Civil Engineering Drawing

Correct answer is (b) False

The best explanation: Due to tremendous increase in the cost of construction it is not possible to plan the building on the basis of income from rent as it will be a too small building.
