I'd like to ask this question from Planning Layout of Residential buildings in section Planning of Building and Colony of Civil Engineering Drawing

The correct option is (b) False

The best I can explain: It should be placed with at least one wall exposed to the outer space for ventilation and light. They should be placed on the sides of the prevailing wind with sufficient windows and ventilators having sun shades to protect against sun and rain.
