Correct option is (d) 18

For explanation I would say: Concrete cloth is usually available in 3 thicknesses i.e., 5mm, 8mm and 13 mm whereas theoretically there is no limit in the thickness of concrete cloth and typical thickness lies in 2mm to 15 mm.
