I have been asked this question in an international level competition.

My question is taken from Different Types of Pile in section Deep Excavations, Pile Foundations and Caisson of Construction & Building Materials

Right option is (a) Mac Arthur pile

The explanation is: In Mac Arthur pile, a heavy steel casing with a core is driven into the ground as shown in given figure. When the desired depth is reached, the core is withdrawn and a corrugated steel shell is placed in the casing.
