Which of the following roofs slopes in two directions?

(b) Gable roof

(c) Hip roof

Best explanation: Gable roof slopes in two directions. These two slopes meet at the apex line. Hip roofs and mansard roofs slope in four directions while lean-to-roof slopes in one direction only.
