Easiest explanation: In Jack arch floors, the joists in turn raised either on wall around beam. The joists are placed at a distance of about 800 mm to 1200 mm Centre to centre. The rise of arches should be 100 mm to 200 mm and the minimum depth of concrete at the Crown should be 150 mm.
