Right answer is (d) Basement timber floors

Easy explanation: In Basement or ground floor of timber, the sleepers walls which may be one half Brick or one brick thickness are constructed at centre to Centre distance of 1.20 metre to 1.80 metre. The wall plates are provided along the wall as well as along the sleeper walls and they reduce the span of the bridging joist.
