The question was posed to me by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

My doubt is from Multiplexers (Data Selectors) in section Combinational Circuits of Digital Circuits

The correct answer is (b) X1

Easy explanation: The output will be X1, because c1 = 0 and c0 = 1 results into 1 which further results as X1. And rest of the AND gates gives output as 0.
