This is a very interesting question from Spread Spectrum, TDMA and FDMA in section Multiplexing and Multiple Access of Digital Communications

Correct choice is (b) Dynamic allocation

Easy explanation: Dynamic allocation method is more efficient than fixed assignment as any slot won’t be wasted unnecessarily.
