Which has a lesser average packet delay?

(a) FDMA

(b) TDMA

(c) Dynamic FDMA

(d) None of the mentioned

The question was posed to me in homework.

I'm obligated to ask this question of Spread Spectrum, TDMA and FDMA topic in division Multiplexing and Multiple Access of Digital Communications

Right answer is (b) TDMA

Easiest explanation: Both TDMA and FDMA has equivalent performance but when it comes to average packet delay TDMA has lesser delay than FDMA.
