I have been asked this question in homework.

I'm obligated to ask this question of Electric Field Density in section Electrostatic Fields of Electromagnetic Theory

Right choice is (b) 12.5

The best I can explain: Electric field intensity of infinite sheet of charge E = σ/2ε.

Thus D = εE = σ/2 = 25/2 = 12.5.
