My doubt is from Electric Field Density in portion Electrostatic Fields of Electromagnetic Theory

Right answer is (b) -10^-6

Best explanation: The flux density of any field is independent of the position (point). D = σ/2 = 2 X 10^-6(-az)/2 = -10^-6.
