I have been asked this question during an internship interview.

The origin of the question is Modelling the Diode Forward Characteristics in chapter Diodes of Electronic Devices & Circuits

The correct option is (a) 250 Ω

The explanation is: Thermal voltage at room temperature is 25mV and the current is 0.1mA. rd = 25mV/0.1mA or 250 Ω.
