The SI units of the body effect parameter is

This question was addressed to me in homework.

My question is based upon The Body Effect topic in section MOS Field Effect Transistors (MOSFETs) of Electronic Devices & Circuits

Correct answer is (c) √Volt

The explanation: Vt = Vt0 + k[√(Vsb + 2φf) – √2φf]. In this expression k is the body effect parameter hence its units can be determined.
