My question is taken from Rainfall and its Measurement topic in division Hydro Electric Power Plant of Energy Engineering

Right answer is (a) True

The best explanation: A wind shelter should be provided to reduce the effect of wind. The gauge should be erected on a level ground. The distance of the gauge from every object should not be less than twice the height of the object above the gauge.
