The correct option is (c) National Ganga River Basin Authority

The explanation: National Ganga River Basin Authority (NGRBA) was formed to strengthen the ongoing NRCP in 2009. The first meeting of the NGRBA Resolved to make the Ganga pollution free by 2020. This pledge to make Ganga free from pollution.
