Right choice is (b) False

For explanation: The Ganga Action Plan is a failure scheme. It was launched by the Government of India has failed miserably in its objectives. The pollution levels in Ganga are either same or even higher. The relationship between the quantity and quality, inflow and outflow, renewable energy and pollutant have not been understood, this led to the failure of the Ganga Action Plan.
