The question was posed to me by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

I want to ask this question from Micelles topic in section Materials and their Properties of Engineering Chemistry I

Correct answer is (a) Reversible

The best I can explain: The transition of ions to micelle is a reversible process. In the micelle formation, the water insoluble tails are directed towards the centre, and the water soluble heads are on the surface in contact with water.
