What is the odour of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG)?

(a) It is odourless

(b) Fruity smell

(c) Undesirable odour

I got this question by my college director while I was bunking the class.

The correct answer is (a) It is odourless

Easiest explanation: LPG does not have a characteristic odour. Highly odorous compounds such as ethyl and propyl merchants are deliberately mixed so as to help in the detection of any accidental leakage.
