I had been asked this question by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

My doubt stems from Third Angle Projection Method in section Loci of Points & Orthographic Projections of Engineering Drawing

Correct option is (a) USA

To elaborate: Third angle projection is recommended by USA and other countries and 1st angle projection is recommended by Bureau of Indian Standards. The changes in both the projections are relative positions in projection.
