This question was addressed to me in exam.

I'd like to ask this question from Third Angle Projection Method in chapter Loci of Points & Orthographic Projections of Engineering Drawing

The correct answer is (a) True

The explanation: In third angle projection the object’s left side will be projected only if we watch from right side of the object so impression will fall to the left side of front view since the plane of projection is back side of object and also the right side view is placed on the right side of front view.
