What is the maximum error for perpendicularity of spindle sleeve with a base plate?

(a) 0.15/1000 mm for plane vertical to plane passing through the axes of both spindle and column

(b) 0.15/1000 mm for plane horizontal to plane passing through the axes of both spindle and column

(c) 0.5/1000 mm for plane vertical to plane passing through the axes of both spindle and column

(d) 0.5/1000 mm for plane horizontal to plane passing through the axes of both spindle and column

The question was asked in an interview for internship.

Right answer is (b) 0.15/1000 mm for plane horizontal to plane passing through the axes of both spindle and column

For explanation I would say: The error should not exceed 0.25/1000 mm for plane vertical to plane passing through the axes of both spindle and column and the sleeve should be inclined toward column only ; and 0.15/1000 mm for plane horizontal to plane passing through the axes of both spindle and column.
