This question was posed to me by my college professor while I was bunking the class.

Origin of the question is Respiration in section Bioenergetics and Metabolism of Life Sciences

Correct answer is (b) Iodoacetate

The best explanation: Iodoacetate is an inhibitor of glyceraldehydes-3 phosphate dehydrogenase which reacts with its –SH group of cys residue and stops the glycolysis pathway.
