Which of the following hypothesis explain vesicle fusion?

Right option is (b) SNARE hypothesis

To explain I would say: Snare hypothesis explains the vesicle fusion with target mediated by the interaction of specific proteins called SNAREs (Snape receptors). V-SNARE is present on vesicle while t-SNARE is present on the target.
