The activity of which of the following enzyme is inhibited by the chemotherapeutic agent during deoxyribonucleotide synthesis?

Correct option is (a) Dihydrofolate reductase

The best I can explain: Methotrexate and aminopterin are two anticancer drugs which inhibits the activity of dihydrofolate reductase. This will stop the formation of deoxyribonucleotide or DNA and the growth of the cell stops.
