Correct choice is (d) Small vesicles of fragmented ER

Best explanation: Microsomes are small vesicles formed by the breakdown of ER membrane into fragments.  Microsomes which are derived from RER are known as rough microsomes while microsomes lacking ribosomes are called smooth microsome.
