To explain I would say: Number of photons emitted per second is given as:

N = \( \frac {Power}{Energy \, of \, a \, photon} = \frac {P}{hv}\).

N = \( \frac {15 \times 10^3}{6.6 \times 10^{-34} \times 700 \times 10^3}\)

N = 3.24 × 10^31
