The correct option is (d) 99.95-99.99%

To explain: The result of electrolytic refining is the transfer of pure metal from the anode to the cathode. The impurities of more basic metals remain in the electrolytic solution as ions and that of less basic metals settle down as anode mud. Copper refined through electrolysis is 99.95-99.99% pure.
