Right option is (b) ovarian follicles

The explanation is: Ovarian Medulla contains many rounded or oval bodies, called ovarian follicles in various stages of development. Each follicle contains a large ovum surrounded by many layers of follicle cells. The follicle cells of a maturing follicle secret oestrogens into the blood.
