Correct choice is (b) Ground

Explanation: In order for ESD garments to function appropriately, it is mandatory for the garment to have connection with the ground, i.e. ground reference. These garments may not be sufficient to prevent a person from ESD, and thus additional devices for ESD prevention may also be required.
