Which of the following is not an ESD material?

(a) Dissipative

(b) Anti-static

(c) Insulative

(d) Conducting

This question was addressed to me in an interview for job.

I'm obligated to ask this question of Aircraft Electronics in chapter Aircraft Electronics of Aircraft Maintenance

Correct answer is (c) Insulative

For explanation I would say: Out of the given set of options, insulative materials are not ESD compliant materials. These materials hamper the movement of electrons through their surface. Further, they exhibit high electrical resistance and are not favored for use.
