My question is based upon Thrust Producing Power Plant topic in chapter Aircraft Force Systems and the Equations of Motion of Aircraft Performance

The explanation is: The relation between altitude of an aircraft and thrust is that the thrust is indirectly proportional to the altitude of an aircraft i.e. thrust decreases as there is an increase in the altitude, similarly the thrust increases as there is decrease in the altitude.
