The origin of the question is Ribosome as Ribozyme in section Gene Expression : Translation of Cytogenetics

Right option is (c) Urea

To elaborate: In Noller’s experiment ribosomes were strongly treated with protein degrading agents like phenol, SDS etc; but urea was not one of them.
