According to the IC fabrication process logic families can be divided into two broad categories as ___________

(b) HTL and MOS

This question was addressed to me by my college director while I was bunking the class.

I'd like to ask this question from Digital Integrated Circuits in chapter Boolean Algebra and Minimization Techniques and Logic Gates of Digital Circuits

The correct option is (d) Bipolar and MOS
