I have been asked this question during an internship interview.

My question is taken from Representative Factor in portion Scales of Engineering Drawing

Right option is (c) 1/20

The best I can explain: Representative factor is the ratio of the length represented in drawing to the actual length. Here given actual length is 1 m =100cm and length of drawing is 5 cm. R.F. =5 cm/100 cm = 0.05 (or) = 1/20.
