This question was addressed to me in unit test.

My question is taken from Protected Virtual Address Mode (PVAM) -1 in chapter 80286-80287-A Microprocessor with Memory Management and Protection of Microprocessor

Correct answer is (d) all of the mentioned

For explanation I would say: A code or data segment descriptor contains 16-bit segment limit, 24-bit segment base address, 8-bit access rights byte and the remaining 16-bits are reserved by Intel for upward compatibility.
