I had been asked this question during a job interview.

My question is taken from Fourier Analysis in division Fourier Analysis on Complex Spaces of Signals and Systems

Right answer is (d) Continuous

The best I can explain: We know that continuous systems have a restriction on the basis of the upper bound and lower bound. However within this set, the input and output can assume any value. Hence, there are infinite values attainable in this system.
