I got this question in an interview for internship.

I'd like to ask this question from Cell Cycle Stages in chapter Cancer Biology & Methods in Cytogenetics of Cytogenetics

Right choice is (d) Mad 2

For explanation: Mad 2 bind to the kinetochores that are not bound to the spindle fibers. This is a negative signal. Removal of this negative feedback leads to anaphase.
